Help: Trying to add a member to moderator a board

Afternoon all

I'm trying to add a member to moderator a board but when I try enter his username, nothing comes up.
Seems to be an issue with my last 3 members, none of them come up, has anyone got any ideas?

Add individual members to make them moderators
