At the time of those posts, an operation was done on the server causing it to recount all PM totals. It looks to me not that the PMs were delayed, just that the notification never happened and todays reset caused that. Based on what you have seen, do you think this is likely what the issue was?

Upon chatting with one of the people the person said he had never seen the pm before. Almost 2 month notifaction is not that great.

It isnt that notifications take 2 months, it was that we determined there was a problem that caused some notifications to never display, so when that issue was resolved, we also made it so missed notifications were displayed.
