Inquiry, and a simple one?

I don't understand how to export my layout from my testing forum to my real forum. I do click the import/create theme button and there are only two buttons. Can someone walk me through the process?

On the test forum in theme manager, you will find 'export' for each theme, you export to your computer, then import to the new board.
Also, you may need to find and download the plugins again, and adjust any settings.
Any headers and footers can be copied/pasted
