When i go to the Global Accounts Page, and i have 1 participated thread, so i click the number, and the thread link pops up. Though, when i click on it, it goes to the home page, not the thread/message/notification/bookmark.
I'm using Google chrome, does not work on any browser of mine, and even in PV browsing. This si for all forums on my Global Account page

I was able to quickly confirm this on my own Forum Dashboard. As you stated, this is not the intended effect. I've made a bug report and alerted the developers.
