Members not receiving e mails

I sent a mass e mail out to members a few hours ago and it appears that people have not received it. Is there a problem with e mails at the moment?

We're currently aware of issues involving sending mass anything and are working to fix it.

Chances are you'll have to send it again when it's working.

OK, stupid question probably, but will it work for fewer members - say one group at a time?

I don't have any indication on my end of whether or not something is working unless I go and test it myself.

I'll maybe try one group and see what happens. I don't want to bombard people with a string of e mails!

For information it is not sending out to a group or an individual

I've just received two emails a bit ago that I sent to myself when testing this, so I believe the mass email system should be functioning again.

I also asked Martyn just to make sure. Sounds like we're good.

Yes it's working again thanks Brian. One member has reported getting both the first mass e mail and the second one I sent out to a smaller group.

Horsehandler - it's the second time I've sent out a mass e mail. The first was at the end of Jan when I first converted and there were problems with it as well if I remember
