PM bubbles - sometimes they work, sometimes they don't

I can't rely on them as sometimes they work, sometimes they won't. A few times, I waited for PM replys (no bubble) just to find out that I've already received a reply. Is this a known bug?

This is a known bug. We have implemented a few changes for this over the past week or so, and it is still being worked on. This will be fixed in the near future.
