In queue, but still able to access board

I am #89 in the queue (and have remained so for the past hour), but when I refresh, I get the main page of the forum, rather than the "this forum is upgrading" message and it's still v4. 

Am I stuck?

Hi wildmaven,

When you're in the queue, you're basically just waiting to get converted. Once the conversion process actually starts for the forum, then you will not be able to access the forum until the conversion is finished

Ah, gotcha. I guess the last forum I converted went fast enough that I caught it just right to get the message. What happens if you're in the middle of a post when it starts the conversion? Not that that's a problem with this forum. I'll just wait until it's fully done before I start working on it.

When the conversion starts, the database will be locked so any potential posts made during that time would have to be re-posted after the conversion is completed. Out of curiosity, has your queue position moved up at all? Or are you still sitting at 89 as of now?

I had our system admins look into it just in case and it appears the converter paused for a moment. They have restarted it so conversions should be moving again
