How can I fix it so that the code does what its supposed to do

That looks like it was made for use on a V5 forum and you have V4.5.

But if you put it in notepad and use the replace option, you can easily correct it to work on V4.

Replace 

[div style=

with just 
[style=

..and then the closing, this...

[/div]

...needs to be this...

[/style]


and then you'd need to remove all the quotes you have. Lastly, and I almost forgot this, you need a code to get those style tags to work right and you can find it here.
