I would like to know if there are the basic mod tools with V5 - i.e. Delete a Topic, Move a Topic, Split a Topic, etc. ?
If so, where are they located - when I go into the message these tools, I cannot see.

Hi jrt2345 if you click on the gear icon in a particular post, scroll down to 'moderate' you should then be given most of the options above (but not the split topic) Also, if you are looking at a board list - of topics - you can select one or more and then click on the Action button above and then similar to what you do if you are doing it to a post - moderate etc |

Actually, in the topics, there is no gear icon - Only Quote, Edit, Thumb icon, and a line bar (I) - Can you help?

As My Name is Billy Moonstone has stated, the moderate menu should show on all posts, in addition to showing thread-specific function under the "actions" menu at the top of the thread. |

I can view the gear icon beside the quote button no problem. Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing? |

Huh? I can now report I am also seeing the gear icon. But earlier, all I saw was quote, like button.
