(Sorry for a vague title, it's an interesting problem.)

What members have noticed (in every browser: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) is that when going to create a PM, it shows two recipients, who are the same person.
Our member, Mollianne, took some screen shots:

She noted that when deleting the first "recipient," the PM doesn't think there are any at all. When deleting the second one, it does.

It's the same when creating a blank message with no recipient.
