Change Create Thread In Browser Header

is there a way to change the text Create Thread in the browser

and the text in the Create Thread button in the Posting Page

Unfortunately, there's no way to change this without changing it on every page as well.

The Forum Wrapper uses a variable called $[title] that gets the name of the page that you're on. Replacing this with plain text would replace it on every page.

The Create Thread button on the board can be changed, but the one on the posting page can't be changed without using Javascript as it's an automatically generated element that relies on the variable's output to work.
