Err Bear Attacking Only One Page

1) The URL to the page you are on when the bug occurred: rouge-writers.proboards.com/thread/441/boulevard-raspail-tristan-vidals-apartment
2) What happened, in detail?: Every time my co-admin, members, or I try to click the first page of the above thread, we receive the Err Bear message (Error Code 62.1). It's only the first page of this particular thread and nobody knows why. This wasn't happening before upgrading to V5. 
3) What do you think should have happened instead?: The page should load. 
4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview?: Yes.
5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using?: I'm using Google Chrome Version 26.0.1410.43 m on a Toshiba. I don't know what browsers my members are using. 
6) Please attach a screen shot (JPG or PNG -- not GIF or BMP) if it is relevant: N/A

As I said before, all other pages are working. This is just really bizarre.

Hi imitateslife,

This is a known bug at the moment, that seems to be caused by a UTF-8 issue. Our developers are looking into it at the moment, but I'll let you know when I get word back that it should be corrected
