Customize Newest Threads/Posts Widget?

Hello,
As you know the Latest Threads/Posts widget displays the latest thread and who originally created that thread.
My request is for a different lay out:

I would like for it to display more info like so:

Latest Thread      Last Poster     Category     How Long Ago at What Time


Is this possible?

I can make a note in our to-do list to add something like this. Maybe have options for what to display.

This needs to be reviewed. It could be a while before it's added. If we like it, look for it in one of our updates after launch.
