Add "time since last login" option to email members

Basically as it says in the title, allowing the admin to email all members that haven't logged in for a certain period of time e.g. weeks/months from within the admin panel. I know that it can be manually done from the member list but I'm old enough to want an easy life . I'd have thought that having a minimum set to 60 or 90 days would prevent excessive reminding from some overly enthusiastic admins.

If it's not possible I guess it'll have to be a manual job for some poor mod  .

I can make a note in our to-do list to add something like this.

This needs to be reviewed. It could be a while before it's added. If we like it, look for it in one of our updates after launch.
