unable to switch editors

We're having an issue switching between editors. We get our default editor, whether we've set it to visual or bbc, and that's that. In a recent poll of cbox, only one member was able to switch between bbc and visual editing and vice versa. She's in England, if that effects anything. That being said, our Asian and continental European members couldn't switch editors either. I haven't managed to ask her any follow-up questions, so there is a chance that she just didn't understand what I meant.

So, yes. We can't switch editors. We'd like to be able to switch editors. We primarily use Chrome or Firefox. I don't think anyone uses IE, although one might use Opera.

This situation is replicated for every member (minus that one).

Can you provide a link to the forum in question please? Also, if you disable installed plugins do you still experience the same issue or does it go away?

If the issue goes away with your plugins disabled, try re-enabling them one by one until the issue comes back to narrow down the plugin that's causing the issue.

Aaand I just attempted to mess with the plugins. I believe it's the VDice plugin now. Unfortunately, our members would rather have the dice than both editors. Should I redirect my issue to the appropriate plugin thread?

Thanks for checking back on it. If that's the plugin that seems to be causing the issue, feel free to make a post in the topic where you found that plugin to let the coder that created it know
