1) The URL to the page you are on when the bug occurred.: fusionfight.proboards.com/ and support.proboards.com2) What happened, in detail? For no reason randomly it will log me out of my current account, but not global, and put me as a guest3) What do you think should have happened instead? Kept me logged in4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview? No it is randomly occuring and has happened to me 5 times in the past 3 days5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using? I am using Google Chrome 26.0.1410.43 m on Windows 7 professional

Hi Jessecast, I use Google Chrome as well and have not had any issues staying logged into my account here. There may be an issue with your browser cookies that will need to be rectified. If this is something that happens to you frequently, try clicking the button with the three lines in it found in the top-right hand corner of the web browser, then click the "New Incognito Window" option. In the new window that pops up, visit your forum (or Support) and login to your account. With this mode enabled, see if you still eventually get logged out as before. If you give this a try and are able to stay logged into your forum account, clear your temporary internet files (cache and cookies specifically) and this should take care of the issue

Unfortunately it does it to me in incognito mode, I normally use incognito mode and after the first time it happened I tried using chrome normally but it continued.

If you haven't checked the 'Remember Me' box, you're set to automatically log out after 24 hours, regardless of activity. We are looking into changing the way this works in the future and possibly make it activity dependent.
