Up and down jump in every post?

Hi everybody,
I have noticed the jump up and down on every post here on support, is this  available to us admins as I would like this on my forum but can't find it on the lists here? If it has been added automatically it's not on my theme.

I don't have a up/down on posts on PBS.
I'm using the default theme, which are you using?

Its a green one version 3 colours. Right hand bottom corner is a Up! | Down! that looks just how I have typed it on every post of PBS. But I would like that on my forum too .........

I am using the green one as well and the up/down on each post is great - anyone know where we can find it please??

Place this wherever is applicable within your post template.

Structure > Layout Templates > Thread > Quick Reply

Place this at the very bottom.
