Just a update I downloaded Google Chrome and had NO problems with the scroll bars once the board template loaded
It's just opera I seem to have the problem awaiting the page template to load And trying to move/click on the scroll bar/s to scroll down and view the coding Had no problems before as all the templates I have done have been done/edited using Opera With google chrome I have no problem..

I was able to test this out on my forum with the same version of Opera. I was able to get it to scroll (after clicking inside the correct field, you did this right?) but it was choppy and slightly unhappy about doing so. I did a hard refresh on the page (Ctrl+F5) and everything started working again normally. However, there was a nice chunk of lag between clicking in the scroll-able field and scrolling actually taking place. Can you confirm that this is the case? (Click inside the scroll-able area and wait a few moments, then it should be scroll-able normally.) I'll still create a bug report because this seems slightly odd that you would have a delay.

Yes after a hard refresh I did manage to get the scroll bar working although it took awhile due to slight lag It has always been slow (a slight lag) a delay - I think that's on how opera renders the page Although it has always been slow had no problems using the scroll bars once the page has done loading That is until Today I get the opera not responding if I click on the scroll bars But after a hard refresh when on the correct field the scroll bars worked after a slight delay Using google chrome all loads and scrolls much much quicker Steve

This appears to be an Opera efficiency/compatibility issue of some sort. The lag is quite noticeable and should be easily (hopefully!) rectified. I made a bug report for this and I'll let you know what I hear back from the devs about this.
