When the v5 software officially launches on April 29th will there be a noticeable change in the forums that were converted early?

Forums that are already converted will remain how they are now. Not sure what you're expecting.  |

Was wondering if things like the plugin library, theme library, Help Guide or other features will all be added at launch, or gradually added when they are ready.

The help guide is due at launch. I'm not sure what our plans are for implementation of the theme and plugin libraries.
