A little help with css/html issue

Hello PB! 

Haven't been on in a while but I've run into a problem making the design for my new project, 
dkraklan.ulmb.com/filedude/template.html
dkraklan.ulmb.com/filedude/styles.css

as you can see the main content box is going behind the footer and the footer isn't moving down like it should. I've been struggling with this for a few hours now and would love if anyone has any ideas!

Just an update you won't notice this issue unless your on a lower resolution computer, or you make the window size of your browser smaller.

What's the resolution of the PC you're using? Is this what you had in mind?
