Is it possible to add the ability to automatically flag/report a post that contains certain keywords for our staff to review?

There is a way to censor certain words

As Jessecast explained there is censored words. But there is no automatic notification. You could get creative if you wanted and replace their words with a staff tag or something. But really it just comes down to good moderation.

It's also possible someone could code a plugin that meets goals that would help you to better moderate.

As far as a system that auto-detect things and the contacts you, that isn't likely to be added.
