Need help. My admin panel option has disappeared.

It just disappeared.

I was tinkering trying to change my board highlight color, then when I went to my front page to take a look, I'm missing the stuff up top, all I have it "home, profile, and messages." I'm still signed in though.

Can someone help please?

Alternatively, in V5 you can simply add "admin" top the end of the URL (skidjitsworld.freemessageboards.com/admin) to get back in.

OK. I did try that and it did get me in my admin panel. However, when I went to my front page to see if it was showing up top it's still not.

Any idea how to get it to reappear on the front page?

Admin> Home >Settings >Forum Settings> Navigation

GO there then make sure /admin is checked if not check it if non existant add it and set permissions to Staff

You are welcome it had to be either there or you acidently removed some coding which would be a little harder to see. So I checked the simple one first

Oh goodness NO! If it was not for your link, I would not have been able to get in through the back door, so to speak, in order to use Redbasset's last tip.

Then it was Jessecast's info that helped me put it back up on the front page. It was a team effort that helped me out when I goofed.
