Link to old Headers and Footers

When I agreed to upgrade my forums it gave me a link in to go get them.   Now that link is no where to be found.

This new upgrade has caused so many problems for members on all forums.  

Also you said you had people here 24/ 7 to help.  Where are they???

Hello,

In v5 when you go into the Headers and Footers section of your Admin Panel you can click into any of your desired header/footer areas and then on the top right there should be something that says: "View Pre-Upgrade Global Header & Footer" next to an icon.

Don't worry dano, they aren't going anywhere (anytime soon). If you're really worried and would like to ensure that your old codes will be retained, copy them out of the pre-upgrade code section and save them to your computer as a text file.

dano In that area it says that they will be stored until december 31st. That will allow plenty of time to have the ones that you want converted or replaced for v5

I dunno where you read that. I definitely don't work 24/7. That would be terrible.

Our office hours are more of an 8/7. There's people here on the support forum at any given time of day though, and several of our moderators are UK/England based.

Opps  my bad.   I read you are here 7 days a week.   Not 24/7.   I know that was a SENIOR MOMENT.
