Member Ranks Not Displaying Correct Ranking

2) What happened, in detail?
i up-dated my member ranks depending on amount of posts made... and i see that one member username "pjxox" has not got the correct ranking.. (she is at a much higher rank related to her post count)

So i tried changing 1 digit of all the Rankings separately to get the auto saved message then changed them back to they way i wanted them making sure to see the auto save message for each rank, and still had no luck


3) What do you think should have happened instead?
Display correct ranking


4) Can you reproduce this on every pageview?

5) What browser, version, and operating system are you using?
confirmed on safari on mac and chrome on win7

Hi - TuGs,

Thanks for the details. I took a look at pjxox's account and see that it is currently in the "More Advanced Boss" member raking. When looking at your ranks I see that post counts between 200 and 250 will achieve this member rank so that appears to be fine since they have 216 posts on the forum. What rank are you thinking the member should be in?

ahh a bit of confusion here on my part,
the stars that have the incorrect colour..
so i just tried just changing the stars to see the saved message for each rank and still no luck

I can't see why they would have those color stars in that rank...do you have star settings anywhere else that would conflict? I was unable to find any.

no i have had no plugin's or code's in and out of the forum which i know of that edit the stars at all.
its a very odd problem i have to agree the only modifications that i think might have a slight possibility of causing this is, That i have played with the mini profile template codes adding number likes and display if user is online or not, also made the custom line be replaced with a warning bar if activated... i don't think any of this would affect the stars but that is really all the info i can give you...

there was nothing weird going on in browser while changing the ranks (of which i noticed) i updated the ranks with chrome on win7

Is there anyone else in the same rank with the same issue? Or is it just this one user?

it just this one user but the forum isn't very active to test all the ranks :S if you can, i don't mind you using my forum to test things for awhile on this issue if you like create fake users or edit post count for the members just as long as they get posts setback to what they are now i'm sure it would be ok. i don't mind my forum being a guinea pig for a while to find the fault. hope this helps :S

i fixed the issue. but you may find this might come back up in the future i had removed all the ranks and re-done them took a while but worked
