Can't test new v5 version

Either I'm dumber than a box of rocks or something is amiss. I've tried to either transfer or create a new board and the newer version doesn't recognize my email or username, one or the other. i'm trying to see how the new v5 is going to look but can't get it going. What am I doing wrong?.

I think so. I'm putting in my key and listing creating from a former Proboard site or create a new one and neither wants to play.

Can you tell us the steps you're taking so we can see if you missed anything?

If this is a betazone, (http://proboards.com/betazone)

So, you create the betazone forum, correct?

Try logging in as "admin" then your password. You should come up with a "Link Account" type menu.

When you get this, enter the email you used to create the forum, (unless you changed it, then enter that email) then the password.

What do you get?

Did you get the key through your email?

and you are entering it through this page: proboards.com/betazone

Whats the exact error message you get?

I went through the process again and it said the url was already in use but above that it listed my proboard site address and the betazone address. I am now on it and trying to figure out how to make it look like my other one. Thanks for your help.

Advanced Styles and CSS in Themes (Admin Panel) is probably the best way to convert v4 themes into v5. Since there is no way for it really to convert.
