When will all the forums automatically switch to V5?

End of 2013. December 31st. (If you opt out) 

If not, it will be forced upon April 29th.

You can opt out until the end of the year, meaning you can stay on the v4 version, until December 31st. 

If you did not opt out until the end of the year, forums will be forced on April 29th. (Thus, if you want more time before that, you can opt out)

You can find the opt-out button in the admin panel of your forum. Through the "Upgrade to v5" link.

Absolutely. All you have to do is go back to your admin panel, go to the same place you opted out, and opt back in. Your forum will be instantly added to the upgrade queue and upgraded.

Okay thank you both so much! I felt like such a moron because I kept thinking 'what does 'opt out' mean?' Well, I know what it means, but in this scenario I was beyond confused. Haha, anyways, thank you for fixing my brain fart!
