Members can't create new acounts

Members (three of us have tried now) can't create a new account using the little two person icon, create new account, after doing the human verifying we get the angry bear

They exist on the memberlist but don't show as the newest member on the forum. They don't show on the switch account or switch forum page and they don't have details like birthday etc already filled in. We can't log into them using username and password.

Michael i don't think it has, I have had it happen on my board. I noticed today that I have two members that I know I accepted, but it only shows 21 members instead of 23

A very similar issue to before happened again just now, except that instead of the angry bear the others got, I simply got an error page saying that the user id was invalid. Unfortunately, in my checking to see if the account had been created, I navigated away before I thought to screenshot it. ><

At any rate, it produced an account not linked to mine with no registration date (though this time the date of birth and age copied over properly). The password to my account does not work, so I'm assuming it was also left with no password. solariaweyr.proboards.com/user/204 is the new account.

Edit: Despite the lack of a registration date, the account DOES show as the newest member, unlike before when it still showed the previous newest member and we had to hunt through the member list for the account links.

It looks like the user has been deleted. Did you get a resolution to your problem?

At the time of your post, it's possible that the fix had not been pushed live yet. It has definitely been pushed now. Also, I believe that the member counts have been corrected. Please let us know if that is not the case.
