Hi, toetapping. Can you try creating a new, default theme on your forum with no customizations and asking them to switch to that? If they still experience freezing, can you try disabling plugins on that particular theme via the Edit button in Plugins > Manage? Let me know what you find out.

I have disenabled my sidebar Redux Brian and members aren't having the problem. Could you have a look at it for me please as I like the plug in very much. nicetomeet.proboards.com/

Your version of the plugin is only composed of one Javascript function (that runs only once) and HTML. Nothing in my plugin can be optimized any further, but shouldn't be affecting your forum at all since the majority of it is just HTML. I tried viewing the forum with and without the plugin and it performed the same regardless of whether or not the plugin was enabled.
The only theme I experience performance impacts on is your WildRoses theme. Most of your other themes scroll smoothly and do not freeze for me. Going into my browser's developer console and swapping your CSS file with a default CSS file remedies any freezing and stuttering I experience, meaning there is a problem with that particular theme's CSS.

I am using it and a another board I administer also is using it and we have not experienced any problems but I don't want members having difficulty with it.

All I know is that using an alternative CSS file worked fine. Sorry I can't be of much more help.
