This is honestly getting frustrating. it really is. And it only ever seems to happen to me. This is what, 3, r or maybe even 5 times now. I'm in the style sheets right now (firefox 20). I am updating some stuff (select menu's). I have attached a screenshot to show you exactly. If you see, the preview pane shows the Font Face + Font Size menu's as a dark colour. Yet if you check my CSS on the same image, you can see I have clearly set it to #f1eff0, and the borders to #e6e6e6 Forum: exdat.freeforums.netedit: Tiny update on this issue. It does actually update now, but not immediately. Some times it takes a few seconds after it has "loaded" (you know, the point you make a change, it kind of "freezes" because it is loading/applying to the preview, which has always been how it is), but then other times (changing the same thing, even) it takes several minutes to update. Then other times it seems to just not do it at all

The preview pane is going to get some optimization post-launch. I'll make a note of the slowdown that you're experiencing.

The preview pane is going to get some optimization post-launch. I'll make a note of the slowdown that you're experiencing. Thanks Michael. It's really frustrating having to hit save, and go look in a new tab at said change(s), especially to find you dislike the change lol. The even more annoying thing about this though, is each time it seems to happen to me, it always seems to fix itself. But then crops up again. Edit: Could the following image have anything to do with this? The Visual Tab is selected (highlighted blue), even though I am in the Style Sheet, as you can clearly see. Ok so I just clicked the Style Sheet tab to refresh the page, and this time it has highlighted the correct tab, BUT now the zoom in/out hasn't loaded yet the page has finished loading

Just replying to this to let you know the above is still happening. It always loads on the Visual Tab, even when i go to Style Sheet - if it helps, I am using the PBN Plugin of Brian's, where I have typed in the url for the Style Sheet, and going directly to it.

Hi Michael. Not sure if any push has gone out for this, but the pane still isn't updating correctly for me. RedB just told me hwo to do something in the CSS, so i went and made the change. I thought I had either done it wrong, or it simply wasn't working, because in the preview pane, nothing changed. However, he just asked me to link him, I went to the topic but the alteration I made and saved HAD saved and worked. In the above image, the highlighted text/css on lines 1682 - 1686 are what I had changed. In the preview pane, it should have removed the CSS arrow from the Sub Quote. yet as you can see, it is still there. Here is the link to the topic/post, where it has indeed worked: exdat.freeforums.net/post/213/thread

No push yet, we're in the homestretch of launch. Look for a push of this nature later.

No push yet, we're in the homestretch of launch. Look for a push of this nature later. Ok thanks Michael. It's just extremely difficult to make any sort of changes. It's horrible having to save in order to go to the main page (or whatever page) to see if the changes have took effect.
