Cannot Add/Remove Member from groups?

This functions seems to not be functioning at the moment?
I cannot add or remove members within my forum, could someone please help.

I'm able to add and remove the main admin account from groups without issue.

Can you check this page and this one and ensure Javascript is enabled on your browser?
