Deleting posts menu gone

As the ADMIN I used to have the ability to moderate a post, especially delete, this is now gone..

I realise this is a help forum, and there are lots of problems, but I now have about 5 issues on here and cant get any help with any.

Could a moderator please assist me??

This Seems to work on my Ipad, but not my desktop PC or Laptop, is there a setting or version that has changed?

I think the functions are all there. On our beta test forum, you move over the "gadget" in the right hand corner and moderate functions appear.

You hover over the gear, and click on moderate. This only appears on ipad, not desktop?
