I doubt it, but hope this could be added.
Similar to the Theme Library, but instead of whole themes, it could be backgrounds, icons etc for themes.

And you could have an option to either save to PC, or put into your "custom images" for a specific theme?

I definitely don't have many ideas, this is all from a quick second or 2 of thinking about it.
If not, will there be a specific place (board wise) for pure resources such as these, where it's a board soleyl for Version 5 "other" resources. Which there are plenty of.

So many sets you could do for stuff.

This is something you could make a forum for. We aren't in the business of being image hosts. So people can make themes that have great icon sets in them as well as the other elements of the theme, or they can create a design forum (like the ones of old) and have a great amount of traffic if it's something people really desire.

So sorry, but for now this won;t be a thing. Maybe once v5 is up and running support could get a dedicated design board. But we'll have to see. Since you can;t install the resources you're describing directly to a forum we won't be adding a library dedicated to them.
