Timestamp color change?

I can't get mine to change colors...goes back to the default value?  Anyone?

I have problems with that so, brian gave me a fix..
Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & Colors > Style Sheet

Add the following to the very bottom (change the hex codes to whatever colors you want):

/* Font Colour For Timestamps */
.recent_time { color: #cccccc !important; }
.abbr.time { color: #cccccc !important; }

tdf, very strange. Did it not work in the preview pane, or did you click save, and then go to the main page or a thread?
I personally have been experiencing problems with the preview pane, so just want to know if that is it. If it was the preview pane you saw no change in, try saving it, and then going to an actual thread and seeing it it works.

I did look in the preview pane, it did not change...I went ahead and saved it, relogged in within a new browser, no dice.

Did you add the CSS that Stinky666 specified to the very bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet? I'm not seeing it anywhere on that page.

I took it back off....after I saw it didn't work.

Try this code instead. All timestamps should change to the color that you specify in the Visual Editor.

/* Font Colour For Timestamps */
.recent_time, abbr.time, .last-edited { color: @timestamp_color !important; }

Is abbr not supposed to have a fullstop at the start of it? If not, that could be why the above didn't work. I thought I had missed it off, so added it in myself.
