With the opting out, I understand that you can wait until December, but can you opt out for it permanently as in if you don't want the upgrade can you not have it? I want to keep my forum on v4 because I like it better, can I do that?

Short answer: no. Long answer: The upgrade is for ProBoards as a whole, rather than for individual forums, so v4.5 will no longer be supported after December of this year. You can always edit your forum to be visually similar to v4.5 (there is already a theme for the default v4.5 appearance, for instance), and you can always get help here to convert your forum's current look over. :] |
