All capital letters

2) Everything on the forum appears in capital letters, all of this user's posts appear in capital letters to everybody else.
3) Not his.
4) The whole forum is like this.
5) Firefox, Mac OS, also happens in Chrome - all latest versions

Hi bluenewt.
This may not actually be a bug, but instead a setting (or multiple) that has been changed.
At least whilst you wait for a response from the Staff, you could check the following:

Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Text Styles

Now look through each of those, and see if you have "Font Case" set to "UPPERCASE".
If it is set to that on either of them, change it to Normal.
Also you may want to (under the same place) check the "Small Caps" (located directly below "Font Case". Set that to "normal" if it is set to "SMALL-CASE".

Thanks but that's all fine. The weird thing is that it only happens for one person.

I tested this out myself and was unable to find any reason that the user would be posting in all caps unless they did so themselves.
