What will change on April 29th?

Doubtful. If anything changes it will probably be more features added.

Is that the day that all proboards are getting upgraded?

I guess so.

And yes, I was asking about the features. I don't know how to put it the best, but I'm referring to new features that will be apparent/obvious (as opposed to fixing any security holes, minor bugs and so on).

Hi, what do you mean changes? ON both days of forums being converted, no changes will happen to forums that are already upgraded.

Nope, its just a forced conversion.

As Thomasss said, it's the official release date for V5.
Currently, until then we are still in the Beta stage.
