Remove certain threads from participated

Is there any way to do it? I absolutely adore the participated button but there are some threads I don't want to read anymore and yet I get alerts because I used to post in them. Is there a solution other than deleting my posts in them?

Unfortunately I don't believe there exists a way to remove entries from the Participated tab as of yet, but you can feel free to refer your desire for this functionality to our feature request forum.
