When I go to the plugin library it brings me to this link: www.proboards.com/library/plugins/mystikos.boards.net

And then it gives me the angry bear page and states the following:
"Uhhh...

We're really sorry about this, but due to ~~an angry bear~~ server issues we could not load this forum. Our technicians are aware of this problem and hope to have ~~the Err Bear under control~~ this situation sorted shortly!"

Is this normal?

The link in the admin panel is a placeholder for when it appears later, which isn't necessarily at launch; a firm date for the libraries hasn't been announced yet.
