Gear Icon Missing

I have two Proboards forums. One I upgraded last Feb. and everything is working normally. The other, I upgraded just yesterday. I wanted to check the IP of a new member that signed up, and couldn't find the gear icon. I checked my other forum to make sure I wasn't crazy and thankfully I am not, the gear is there!

The forum with the problem is vintagescuba.proboards.com

Here's a screen shot showing no gear icon. Help?

Nope, I haven't changed any code.

I could really use some help with this. All I did was run the upgrade, then I added a banner image at the top and set the banner text to invisible. I really believe this is a post-upgrade glitch, as I haven't attempted to tweak any code. I haven't even looked at the code. I need that gear icon in order to see new member IP's and add to the ban list, etc.

Could someone fix this for me? Or let me know what/where the code is that would make this work right?

Hi, levisol.

You have a jQuery Javascript file embedded into your forum that's conflicting with ours. I've commented the following line out in your Global Footer.

<script type="text/javascript" src='http://adn.ebay.com/files/js/min/jquery-1.6.2-min.js'></script>

ProBoards already has a more recent version of jQuery installed, so this line is not necessary for any jQuery dependent objects to run.
