Move/Change Topic/Post Location

I've looked just about everywhere I can think of and tried all the codes that I could find and none of them seem to work in the slightest since I upgrade to V5..

I'm trying to achieve what they were able to do so on this website ---> typern-moe.freemessageboards.com/

Only I don't want change what they said [Comments, Discussions], I want to leave it  Topics and Posts

Another code I having issues trying to find that works, is moving the Moderators to the right instead of them being on the left..
