Error Message After Post Or Save Changes

ive been getting this message after posting or modifying posts alot the last couple days

i have to hit back 5 or 6 times sometimes to get it to post

Do you have more than one window open with the forum on, and doing more than one thing on the forum at a time? For example, in window 1, you click reply and start writing a post, and before submitting, in window 2 you go to change something in your profile.

To help prevent abuse, there are certain functions on the submission pages which can cause the problem you are having there. It sets a 'token', and checks that token before it submits. If you are switching pages in another tab that token changes and makes it not match.

it was happening for a couple days so im pretty sure i just had one tab at a time open. im constantly making new threads and modifying old ones and it happened alot
