[Request] Semi transparent boards

I'm not sure if I'm saying it correctly. What I'm hoping for is a way to make my boards (or threads etc.) not entirely transparent but see through. Sort of like looking through a ghost to the wallpaper background behind it. I have one of my skins in v4 set that way.

I was wondering if there will be a plugin for this if there is not one already. I've already looked around a bit and couldn't find one. If there is not one, then I'd be very thankful to the person who takes on this challenge.

I would like to do this for the menu bar buttons, the nav tree, news fader (not shown in screen shot), legend, and info center as well as the board listings, but can't figure out how. Anyone able to help me out?

Thanks, Skidjit. It's not critical at this point. I've just been trying out some different stuff when creating themes. I'm poking around when I have time, to see if I can figure it out on my own, too.
