This is not true. Different FF themes will give you different scrollbar colors.. Non the less.. It is your browser (no matter what one) that must be modified.. And here is a scrollbar add on for Firefox to play with.. addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/noiascrollbars/

This is not true. Different FF themes will give you different scrollbar colors.. Non the less.. It is your browser (no matter what one) that must be modified.. Those are client-based, whereas what the user is referring to is an option to change them universally for everyone upon visiting the page (and only for the shoutbox). Two very different things.

Actually, Brian and blueshead- you both are correct. I use both IE 7 FF because my group members use them. I try to test with whatever browser a member has to ensure that their experience is an enjoyable one.
