Issue: calendar default start of week - only a Sunday

Not a massive issue but i think it would be helpful to be able to change the first day (first column) to Monday, instead of Sunday on the main Calendar page.

reason, many events span a weekend so having Saturday and Sunday events next to each other makes it easy to see an event really is taking place over a full weekend. 

Solution, provide either Admins, via the CP or users via profile settings the option of having either Monday or Sunday as the start to the week.
