Highlighting Keywords in Search Results

Hi guys, I'm still relatively new so apologies if this is not in the correct section, it seemed to make sense that it went here.

I have done a search but can't see anything that tells me if this is possible.

Basically I would like for the user to be able to see the the keywords they have searched highlighted in the returned search results. Hope that makes sense.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you know, I left a comment on the highlight search official plug-in. While it works perfect with forums. If you create a custom page and use the Search Block, set-up as searching posts. Results do not get highlighted in yellow, even though searching posts using normal forum search function they do.
