[Fixed] Plugins Error with IP Lookup - Award System plugin

Browser Firefox 20.1

I have the plugin IP LOOKUP (BETA 006) - Pebble

And the plugin  AWARD SYSTEM  - Todge

When the award system is enabled  it shows the icons TWICE from the IP LOOKUP BETA plugin



If I disable the Award System plugin the icons on the IP LOOKUP plugin display correctly

It seems these two plug-ins seem to conflict with each other

Hi @xsteveuk ,
TBH I have no idea how the awards system works (or what it does) so I've no immediate answer on what could be the conflict.
I'll PM my code to Todge and I'm sure that between us we'll come up with a solution.

I've just PM'd Todge.

Could you try altering the order that the plugins run. Which ever one of the two is running first, put it last.
Also, can you confirm if this is happening in all browsers or just one in particular.

will do I use Firefox 20.01 and IE 8

I try altering the order of plugins and let you know
if makes any difference in IE8 and firefox

It's the same for me using Firefox & IE 8 as in doubles the icons on the IP Lookup
I tried rearranging  the plugins moving top to bottom - It made no difference the icons still show double
Using IE 8  and firefox

If I disable the award system the icons show as they should

What is your forums URL ?
I did an update to this code a few days ago which should stop/reduce any conflicts with other plugins. Try replacing your plugin with this version: IP Look Up

Cool it is working now.

Also who sees it? If my super mods and mods dont have "Search by IP" set to "Yes" can they still see the buttons?

All staff that can see ip addresses can see the buttons.
If you want to change who can look up IP addresses you can adjust this on the manage page of your plugins.

I just had a look at the IP plug in again and all I see are two tabs and no tab called managed. Am I looking in the right place?
