Tables with fixed widths [RD]

This isn't really a help with graphics. I'm just at a loss on how I can make the size of the tables become fixed. Here is an example of something that I use for my site:

Anabel Parker Halliwell Age: 23 Occupation: Journalist/Reporter Species: Witch/Cupid Powers: Telekinesis, Invisibility Personality Outline: The Calm One, Protective, Serious Plot Outline: Eldest Charmed One; Aaron's Fiance, subplot 1 Celeb Claim: Rachel McAdams Character Quote: "Hey, it wasn't my decision to move out! I was forced to move out."

Let's say I want the size of the table on the right portion to become fixed to 350px, how can I do that?

Your help will be really appreciated.

I left some gaps between the td tags just so the content area is more visible. You'll need to remove those gaps to get the content to the top of the cell.
