Remove Phantom Guests

Hello - Is there any way for me to eliminate guests showing ?

We have a totally private, by invitation only board and it is unsettling to see as many as 19 guests viewing in an area when we only currently have seven members. Our discussions are confidential, we do not want the feeling someone else is peering in.

I believe from reading the help forum etc that there are in fact no humans who are not registered able to view our board but to constantly see "Guests" online is definately unsettling. Can you assist ?

Is this from the Information Center you want them removed from, or where specifically?

Hi - Sorry to be slow getting back to you. Yes, it was from the "Display Info Centres"  I have simply turned that off but feel like an Ostrich in doing so because it is simply hiding something which I feel should not be there (the guests).
I did read that these "guests" are likely internet bots but would like a bit more confirmation of that. Can you clarify further ? Many thanks.

There's no way to specifically remove bot guests, but you can always remove any lines pertaining to guests in the info centers via Layout Templates, simply by erasing the proper text in the Home and the Board templates on each of your themes.
