There was a code for v4 that fit in the headers and footers where one could be logged into an account and use a displayed field on the home page to put in the user and pass of their other account. Initially you switch the accounts without logging out. Unfortunately as with most of the codes from V4, it is not compatible with V5. Is anyone able to make something that would work for V5? Example of what I am talking about: wvrp2.proboards.com/Located at the top of the site just under the banner. Thanks

Understandable but unfortunately my site is an RP forum. Many of the members had to create new accounts per character and had to used different e-mails for each account. Now when I attempt to change the e-mail on my other accounts, it still yells at me that the e-mail is already in use.

Silverwolfabyss - If you go to the switch account page that Thomasss was talking about, you'll see a link at the bottom to "Link another forum account." You can use this to associate v4 accounts with your new v5 global account.

Now when I attempt to change the e-mail on my other accounts, it still yells at me that the e-mail is already in use. If that's the case, go to the on the account in which your trying to change the email (meaning, you need to be logged into that account you want to switch the email with), then hit Unlink Forum Account. Choose the account your wanting to change the email. Now, when that's done, and it says its unlinked. Now, go to proboards.com and click on the login link. Enter the email, NOT the email of the account you just unlinked, and password. NOW, go to the forum and log in as the account you just unlinked, and screen should come up saying link, enter your password, and walla. Its now linked onto the same Global Account, now you can use the to switch accounts. I do hope this helps.

Most definitely helped. I have sent a message to all my members directing them to connect the accounts with those steps. Thank you for the responses
