Round the top of banner?

I've been wondering for a long time if this is do-able! I would like to round the top of my banner ONLY, and unfortunately I'm not the best with coding.
Is this doable? Or do I have to round them myself in photoshop?

I would like to round them in the way that the title bars and the BAF code I'm using does. ^^'
If you need more information on what I'm talking about (because I'm probably not being very descriptive) then please ask!
